Meet the team: Austin Green

Austin Green, Senior, Chasis Sub-Team, CAD and Fatigue

Austin had a desire to study engineering because he had always been interested in structures and building things. He is excited about being on VT Baja because he can finally engage in a hands-on full-length project. Austin has serious expectations for VT Baja, “I am a hard worker and willing to do what it takes to succeed. I hope that we successfully compete in all competition events and have a top ten car in terms of design”. Austin recently had an internship with BIT Systems, and one day hopes to work for the Department of Defense.

Fun fact about Austin: “I am a huge sports and movie fan.”
