Meet the team: Andy Lopez

Andy Lopez, Drivetrain Sub-Team

Andy focuses on overall project management of the VT Baja team. “I decided to study engineering to develop my method of learning. My father always said that undergrad teaches you how to learn, and after that everything is learned on the job,” says Andy. He has held a few internships in the paper engineering field so he enjoys gaining experience in a different field when working with Baja. “My dream job is project engineering in any manufacturing setting.”

Fun fact about Andy: “I was born in Lima, Peru.”
